These issues include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guests booking a plan with breakfast included, but the hotel being notified of a reservation without breakfast.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The hotel not receiving the reservation at all, resulting in no room being secured.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discrepancies between the reservation details received by the hotel and the actual booking (e.g., dates, number of guests, room type).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays between when the booking is made and when the hotel is notified, preventing timely confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices being listed higher than the official rate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-refundable or otherwise restrictive conditions being applied without hotel authorization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In these cases, even if you contact the hotel directly, we may be unable to confirm, modify, or cancel your reservation\u2014including prepaid bookings\u2014due to missing or inaccurate reservation details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask that you reach out to the booking site you used for any inquiries regarding your reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thank you for choosing Nozo Hotel.
