We would like to inform our guests that we have recently confirmed several issues involving reservations made through certain overseas booking sites (e.g., Agoda). These issues include:
- Guests booking a plan with breakfast included, but the hotel being notified of a reservation without breakfast.
- The hotel not receiving the reservation at all, resulting in no room being secured.
- Discrepancies between the reservation details received by the hotel and the actual booking (e.g., dates, number of guests, room type).
- Delays between when the booking is made and when the hotel is notified, preventing timely confirmation.
- Prices being listed higher than the official rate.
- Non-refundable or otherwise restrictive conditions being applied without hotel authorization.
In these cases, even if you contact the hotel directly, we may be unable to confirm, modify, or cancel your reservation—including prepaid bookings—due to missing or inaccurate reservation details.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask that you reach out to the booking site you used for any inquiries regarding your reservation.
