Our interior design features an open space with a natural and warm ambiance, incorporating wood, textiles, and stone materials. Surrounded by a terrace, you can enjoy your meal while feeling a true resort atmosphere.
At our restaurant, we offer international cuisine that prominently features seasonal vegetables, Furano pork, Tokachi beef, cheese, wheat, and other locally sourced ingredients from the Biei and Furano regions. Breakfast is available on-site with menu options and availability subject to change seasonally. Lunch and dinner are also available for hotel guests daily, however note that operational hours and menu items are subject to change based on availability.
For dinner, guests can also savor a variety of local dishes that showcase the many local fresh ingredients from Furano and the surrounding area. Our farm-to-table concept includes the use of local fine ingredients including fresh seafood, pork, vegetables such as asparagus and more.
We also have a selection of carefully curated local wines, craft beers, Japanese sake, and renowned spirits from around the world.
We currently offer a breakfast buffet which is also available to walk-in diners (JPY4,000 / adults; JPY2,000 / children aged 6 to 12)

Cou Cou Bakery
In this region, where there are drastic temperature differences between day and night, it is the hometown of delicious wheat flour. Cou Cou Bakery blends locally sourced flour from Furano and Biei to create their unique blend, and every morning their bakery chef bakes fresh bread for the hotel. From authentic artisan bread to Japanese-inspired creations, you will find yourself feeling excited and delighted. We recommend enjoying your takeout bread while overlooking the wheat fields, known for being the top domestic producers in Japan.
